Nowa Grochowska is a large-scale residential project which is located near Grochowska (ul. Grochowska) and Ostrobramska Streets (ul. Ostrobramska), in the Praga-South (Praga-Południe) district. The location of the investment guarantees the residents convenient and quick access to the centre of Warsaw.
Two buildings were erected in the first phase of the project: one for residential purposes, and the other one for investment purposes. The second phase included a six-storey building, architecturally consistent with the first phase of the project.
Nowa Grochowska III includes 114 flats with varying sizes from 40 to 119 sqm. All units come with balconies or terraces equipped with additional practical storage space. On the top floor of the building, there are five flats with private terraces, overlooking the Warsaw skyline. There are 126 parking spaces designated in the underground parking garage. In addition, bicycle and storage lockers are designed within the investment.

Only five kilometres separate the Nowa Grochowska estate from the Warszawa Wschodnia train station and the Stadion Narodowy underground station. The nearby national road number 2 significantly speeds up the entry to the A2 motorway in the direction of Poznań and allows you to move efficiently during the day, avoiding traffic jams. Such a convenient location helps the estate residents every day and is also the reason why the prestige of the entire investment has increased.
Praga-South (Praga-Południe) is a thriving district located close to the centre, with no shortage of greenery and recreational areas. Nearby is the expansive Park im. Płk. Jana Szypowskiego „Leśnika”, with: two children’s playgrounds, a dog run, a TKKF sports centre and a game park with comfortable sports fields.
The investment is not yet subject to the obligation to publish detailed prices, in accordance with the transitional provisions of the Act of 21 May 2025 amending the Act on the Protection of the Rights of Buyers of Residential Units or Single-Family Houses and the Developer Guarantee Fund, as it was introduced for sale before 11 July 2025.
