Mobile application

In selected projects, the residents may control access to the building using a mobile application. It can be used to open the entrance door or the garage door without touching it. You need not carry your keys and you may be certain that no unauthorised person enters the perimeter.

Collectomates

Dispatching and collecting shipments fast and without leaving the building is not a problem for residents of our selected projects. For their convenience and to save their time, we provided smart collectomates situated in the building lobby.

Reception area

The reception area in the building is a standard component of any premium real property. The ones in our projects are really smart and make the entire housing estate even more prestigious. Thanks to the permanent presence of receptionists, you will surely feel safer. You can rely on them in your everyday errands, including e.g. giving your parcel to the courier.

SPA, fitness or kids’ club

Some ATAL projects offer well-equipped gyms or fitness rooms where residents may spend their time. After the workout, you can go to the SPA with a sauna resembling a tropical jungle with its interior design. The youngest residents may enjoy themselves in a kids’ club full of education toys and books.

Viewing terraces

Many of our projects, in particular the highest ones, have public viewing terraces at the top floor. Those stylish spaces enriched with playgrounds or tiny herbs gardens will enable to admire the city panorama in a nice place.

Patio and relax zones

A good place to live is not just a spacious flat with modern fitment, but also well-kept common areas. We make every effort to ensure that the green areas in our projects invite to relax on numerous benches or loungers. The youngest can enjoy themselves on playgrounds.

Bicycle storage room
and repair stations

For cyclists, we designed bike stands in our project perimeter and rooms to store their bikes. We ensured also the opportunity to repair their bikes at stations offering the most required tools.

Solar panels

To care for the environment and our residents’ budget, we invest in eco-friendly solutions. This is why selected locations get solar panels providing power required to light common areas and perimeter of the project.

Rain gardens

We ensure appropriate water retention and vegetated common areas in our projects. Rain gardens ensure suitable irrigation and prevent rainwater deposits. Establishing them, we use carefully collected plant species which will adorn the projects for a long time.

Flower meadows – houses
for hedgehogs and insects

To protect the environment, we replaced standard lawns with flower meadows. A mix of colourful flowers is a solution bound not only to delight fans of nature, but also to attract honey bees. In our project perimeter, you will find houses for insects and hedgehogs as well.

Sports ground and outdoor gym

Do you like sports, but you do not want to go far from your flat? Our project residents can spend their active free time within the housing estate. Public sports grounds are a great idea not only to get your everyday activity, but also to establish neighbour relationships when playing football, volleyball or basketball. If you want to get some exercise outdoors, you can also use the outdoor gym.
