Strefa Cegielnia 2 is a development project that will emerge in the northeastern Kraków district of Zesławice, in Morcinka Street. The three one- and two-segment buildings will house 134 flats with layouts ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms and an area from 34 to 103 m2. It will be a great place for both singles and families.
In the past, there was a brick manufacturing plant operating at the project site. The architects made references to this fact by creating a space that blends in perfectly with its surroundings. Brick clinker combined with anthracite plaster on the facade will make Strefa Cegielnia 2 look extremely elegant and timeless. Out of concern for the environment, photovoltaic panels will be installed on the roofs of the buildings.
Residents of the development will have many opportunities to spend time outdoors. Each flat will feature a terrace or balcony, while first floor units will have gardens. The design also provides for impressive common areas – benches surrounded by green shrubs and perennials. The little ones will be able to enjoy a playground.
The immediate surroundings offer many places ideal for active recreation. A small park is located nearby, and the charming Zesławice Reservoir can be reached by a 10-minute walk.
Strefa Cegielnia 2 is an amazing place for those wanting to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. Dynamic development of the local infrastructure will provide easy access to key service and retail points. Convenient access to schools and kindergartens, as well as modern playgrounds, will make it a family-friendly place.
There are important transport hubs in the vicinity of the development. Another section of the S7 road is planned to be put into use in the near future. This will allow quick access to the nearby A4 highway, in the direction of both Katowice and Rzeszów. Those using public transport can reach the bus stop in less than 5 minutes.
