Stara Odra Residence is a prestigious estate in a cosy district of Wrocław. It includes two functional seven-storey residential buildings. Their modern architecture blends naturally into the space, emphasising the quiet character of the neighbourhood. The residential buildings are located in the picturesque basin of the Old Oder River on Na Polanka Street. The location provides peace and quiet, and excellent transportation options will allow efficient access to the city centre and beyond.

The Stara Odra Residence project was developed in two phases. The units are designed in a highly functional manner, facilitating any arrangement of space. The flats are equipped with balconies and some with spacious terraces. Both buildings are situated so that as many flats as possible overlook the river. The estate has a video surveillance system and is adapted to the needs of people with disabilities.

The first phase of the project includes 89 units ranging in area from 28 to 120 sq m, with a variety of room layouts from 2 to 4 rooms. The selected flats on the first floor have green terraces. A parking garage with 42 parking places is also built in the building, with additional 56 parking spaces outside. Four retail and service units make it easier to run the daily errands. The residents can also enjoy a public terrace on the roof of the building, overlooking the Wrocław skyline.
