The Osiedle Morelowe estate is an intimate, modern, low-rise development project. Spacious and comfortable flats ranging from 41 to 103 sq m are created in the estate. The commercial units are also commissioned. Most flats have balconies and storage units. There are parking spaces in the underground level and next to the building. The playgrounds and recreational areas are also planned for the estate, all surrounded by greenery.
To increase residents’ sense of security, the estate is fenced, and there is a security booth at the entrance.
The retail and commercial units are created in the ground floor of the building, so the residents can do basic shopping without leaving the estate.
The investment is not yet subject to the obligation to publish detailed prices, in accordance with the transitional provisions of the Act of 21 May 2025 amending the Act on the Protection of the Rights of Buyers of Residential Units or Single-Family Houses and the Developer Guarantee Fund, as it was introduced for sale before 11 July 2025.
