The Cichy Zaułek estate is a low-rise building with very interesting architecture – the individual staircases resemble separate tenement houses, but with modern lines and colours. The trims, cornices, plinths, and other architectural details are designed on the façades of the building that emphasise the original character of the estate. A clock tower in the south-east corner dominating the buildings and the accent provided by the recessed south-west corner creating a glimpse of the estate’s interior add to its charm.
