The second phase of the Osiedle Błękitne project is a continuation of ATAL’s first investment. The building has an open shape, as it was built on a C-shaped ground plan. It contains 80 flats with areas ranging from 30 to 80 sq m.
The appearance of phase II is consistent with its predecessor. The project is also dominated by bright, and yet strong colours, and sloping roofs. The low-rise development of the investment makes the estate extremely intimate and friendly to its residents.
The investment is not yet subject to the obligation to publish detailed prices, in accordance with the transitional provisions of the Act of 21 May 2025 amending the Act on the Protection of the Rights of Buyers of Residential Units or Single-Family Houses and the Developer Guarantee Fund, as it was introduced for sale before 11 July 2025. Full information will be made available by 11 September 2025.
