A seven-phase New Targówek investment was built on Świętego Wincentego Street (ul. Świętego Wincentego). The project is located north-east of the centre of Warsaw in the Targówek district. Families with children, singles or the elderly have found respite from the daily hustle and bustle in this estate which is well connected with the centre, and gives access to green spaces.

Three six-storey buildings were constructed as part of Nowy Targówek IV. In this part of the investment, there were 101 flats with layouts ranging from 2 to 4 rooms available. A diverse range of sizes, from 38 to 90 sqm, has ensured that each buyer can find a flat perfectly suited to their needs.     The investment is not yet subject to the obligation to publish detailed prices, in accordance with the transitional provisions of the Act of 21 May 2025 amending the Act on the Protection of the Rights of Buyers of Residential Units or Single-Family Houses and the Developer Guarantee Fund, as it was introduced for sale before 11 July 2025.
