Nowe Polesie Apartamenty is an investment consisting of four stages in which 853 apartments of various layouts and areas were built. It is located in the western district of the city, which is conveniently connected to the center of Łódź.
The second stage of the investment included 4 buildings with 134 apartments. It is a modern and architecturally interesting offer for customers who want to live in a friendly place. The investment is not yet subject to the obligation to publish detailed prices, in accordance with the transitional provisions of the Act of 21 May 2025 amending the Act on the Protection of the Rights of Buyers of Residential Units or Single-Family Houses and the Developer Guarantee Fund, as it was introduced for sale before 11 July 2025.
