Picturesque Różanka is one of the fastest growing districts in Wrocław. It is there that the Nowe Miasto Różanka is being erected – a modern estate with refined architecture.
The new residential project is being developed on Obornicka Street and Młynarska Street in Wrocław. To date, 792 flats with areas ranging from 29 to 126 sq m, including two- and three-storey units, have been completed and finished. They are located both in the newly built and renovated buildings of the former historic Różanka Mill, including the Granary and the “Rossa” Villa.
The latest phase of the project is a building consisting of 7 floors above ground and 1 underground. The prospective buyers will be able to choose from 186 flats ranging in area from approx. 35 to approx. 105 sq m with two-, three-, and four-room layouts. All flats will be equipped with balconies, loggias, or terraces. The investment includes both above-ground parking spaces and spaces in an underground parking garage.

The project was planned with attention to aesthetics and consistency with the surroundings. Aesthetic greenery, paving, and objects of so-called small architecture will surround the buildings. The estate also features children’s playgrounds and recreational areas. Wide pedestrian routes, low kerbs, and quiet and spacious lifts were designed with senior citizens and people with disabilities in mind.
The Nowe Miasto Różanka estate will combine the comfort of living outside the city centre with the proximity of recreational areas and access to extensive urban infrastructure. In addition, there are numerous stores, pharmacies, clinics, schools, kindergartens, and shopping centres in the vicinity of the estate.
The investment is not yet subject to the obligation to publish detailed prices, in accordance with the transitional provisions of the Act of 21 May 2025 amending the Act on the Protection of the Rights of Buyers of Residential Units or Single-Family Houses and the Developer Guarantee Fund, as it was introduced for sale before 11 July 2025.
