Nowa Grochowska is a large-scale investment located near Grochowska (ul. Grochowska) and Ostrobramska Streets (ul. Ostrobramska), in the Praga-South (Praga-Południe) district. The location of the Nowa Grochowska project is an excellent investment destination for business and individual investors.
Two buildings were erected in the first phase of the project: one with flats, while micro-flats for investment purposes were designed in the other one, being an ideal proposal for investors planning to pursue business goals in the real estate market. The investment is not yet subject to the obligation to publish detailed prices, in accordance with the transitional provisions of the Act of 21 May 2025 amending the Act on the Protection of the Rights of Buyers of Residential Units or Single-Family Houses and the Developer Guarantee Fund, as it was introduced for sale before 11 July 2025.
