About the investment

Centro Ursus is a modern one-stage residential investment by ATAL in Warsaw’s rapidly growing Ursus district. The Centro Ursus complex consists of two buildings of varying heights from 5 to 8 storeys. The Ursus Północny train station is just an 8-minute walk from the investment and the trains reach the Downtown district (Śródmieście) in just 15 minutes. There are also buses, which can easily take you to both Chopin Airport and the heart of the city. The bicycle enthusiasts will find numerous cycle tracks nearby. It’s best to head out of the city via the S2 (which turns into the A2) and S8 roads.
