About the investment

Bursztynowa Zatoka is an investment carried out in the currently fastest-growing part of Gdańsk. Letnica district, which has been undergoing intensive, dynamic development for several years, and the ongoing housing and infrastructure investments contribute to the continuous increase in the value of this location. The location of the estate at the junction of historic, revitalized buildings and newly built housing estates makes it a kind of new center of Letnica.   

The Bursztynowa Zatoka investment entails the construction of a total of 6 buildings, which will be built in 2 stages. First, 2 buildings were completed, in which 148 apartments, 4 commercial premises, a garage hall and supplementary infrastructure were designed. Buyers could choose from 2- to 4-room flats with areas ranging from 30 to 87 sqm.

The designed green areas, a playground and public terraces on the roofs will make it a perfect place to spend free time outdoors. 

An important element of the development of the estate will be the shaping of greenery, also in the form of rain gardens. The investment location of 750 m from Maciej Płażyński Avenue (Aleja Macieja Płażyńskiego) guarantees convenient communication towards the Main City or Sopot. It takes less than 5 minutes to reach the Tunnel under Martwa Wisła, which allows to freely exit towards the S7 route or the A1 highway.

There are bus stops and a tram stop within a 10-minute walk, providing access to the city center as well as to the southern districts of the city.  There are kindergartens, primary schools, and the Maritime School Complex in the vicinity. Everyday shopping will be possible in nearby supermarkets or smaller local shops.
