Bronowice Residence III project in Kraków is a continuation of the Bronowice Residence villa complex. Similar to two initial stages, this one is also situated between Chełmońskiego and Piaskowa Streets in the popular Bronowice Wielkie District. The project was built in six stages, offering 778 flats altogether.
The third stage was composed initially of 8 buildings with 210 flats. The customers could choose from 1-, 2-, 3- and 4-room flats in sizes ranging from 30 to 112 sqm. Vehicle owners can use a below-grade car park with 135 parking spaces and 23 further ones outside the project. Further 90 flats were offered in subsequent 5 buildings designed within stage three as well. The areas ranged from 30 to 68 sqm. The offered flats had one, two or three rooms. Each stage of the project offered 54 above-grade parking spaces.
