Bronowice Residence II is another stage of the project situated in Bronowice Wielkie District between Chełmońskiego and Piaskowa Streets in Kraków. The entire project comprises six stages with 778 flats altogether. The second stage is composed of 8 multi-family buildings with 136 two-, three- and four-room flats each in sizes ranging from 44 to 80 sqm. Functional room layouts and configurations were to ensure maximum comfort and spaciousness.
Below the buildings, there is a below-grade car park housing 131 vehicles. What is more, the estate offers 45 outdoor parking spaces. The car-park roof was used to make a green alley with ornamental shrubs. The estate features e.g. ornamental trees harmonised with the whole design.
The residents can use spacious private storage areas and utility rooms. The project is fully adapted to the needs of people with disabilities. All the buildings feature premium devices ensuring residents’ security. Internal walls were made from high-quality brick to ensure perfect aesthetics. The external façade with high-standard quality and finish is to give you the sense of staying in a truly suburban luxury home. Bronowice Residence was designed by renowned architectural design studio called LINIAarchitekci.
