At Bagrowa Street, in the dynamically developing Podgórze District, Bagry Park project was built. 31 buildings with close to 700 flats were constructed here. All of them were finished with modern materials. Façades in different grey hues, wooden details and glass balustrades made the buildings seem lighter.
The fourth Bagry Park stage at Lipska Street was composed of 6 buildings. The offer includes 96 apartments with 2 to 5 rooms and areas from 46 to 98 sqm. In the project area, there are 78 parking spaces on the ground floor and 39 outdoor ones.
The whole area is fenced and adapted to the needs of people with disabilities.
This cosy estate is built in the picturesque vicinity of Bagry lake. It ensures a lot of attractions to its residents. The lake offers many recreation grounds. There is a life-guarded swimming area, beaches and a wakeboard lift. Free time can be spent playing squash at the adjacent court or go-karting.
The project location ensures easy and effective road connections with the other areas of Kraków. Nearby, there is a bus and tram turning circle which makes it easier to move about the city and Kraków Prokocim train station from which you can go outside the city. The short distance to the city bypass and A4 motorway will enable to go towards other Polish cities.
