Bagry Park III

At Bagrowa Street, in Podgórze District in Kraków, Bagry Park project was built. The entire estate is composed of five stages offering 696 flats. Near picturesque Bagry Lake, there are 31 modern buildings perfectly integrated with adjacent buildings. 

At the third stage of Bagry Park project, 2 buildings were built with 83 1- to 4-room flats and different sizes ranging from 26 to 93 sqm. In the project perimeter, there are 53 below-grade parking spaces and 38 outdoor ones.  For residents convenience, the third stage comprised 8 service outlets to make it easier to run everyday errands near your flat. 

Different hues of grey combined with clinker brick and wooden details gave a modern touch to the project, while glass balustrades made it seem lighter.

What is more, there are garden gazebos, playgrounds and a volleyball court designed within the estate perimeter. The excellent project location within Płaszów District offering excellent traffic connections allows to reach the city centre and the outskirts fast. Trams and buses leave nearby turning circle every couple of minutes. Less than 3 km from Bagry Park, there is Kraków Prokocim train station with broad connection network. You can reach A4 motorway in 10 minutes and from there you can go towards Rzeszów and Wrocław. If you take the bypass, you can go to Sandomierz and Lublin.
