ATAL SKY+ is a two-stage investment, located in the center of Katowice at W. Korfanty Avenue. Ultimately, the project will consist of 6 multi-use buildings. There will be residential spaces, investment apartments and service premises arranged, and the residential area will include numerous recreational zones and a playground for children.
First, D, E and F residential buildings will be built, with 316 cozy and modern apartments sized 33–122 sq m. In the second stage, two 15-story buildings B and C will be erected, followed by the multi-family building A, which will be the 35-story dominant of the investment. The facades of the buildings will be maintained in similar aesthetics, although each will have its own unique distinguishing elements.
Apartments in all buildings up to 15 stories will have loggias, and those with more than 15 stories will be enlarged by additional usable space.
Residential gardens will be arranged on the ground floor of buildings C and F. The investors can choose modern investment apartments or spacious flats.
Security and 24/7 monitoring will ensure the residents’ safety. Parking places, storage rooms and bicycle boxes will be located on underground stories. A system of “green roofs” draining rainwater has been designed on the roofs of the buildings, which will make SKY+ an ecological place to live in the center of Katowice. The infrastructure of the residential area was also taken care of, so that it meets the needs of disabled people and families with children.
SKY+ will be one of the most attractive places to live in Katowice. There are numerous bus and tram stops, bicycle stations, playgrounds and green areas in the vicinity of the investment. The residents will be able to spend time actively near their residential area, e.g. in Bogucice Park, or use numerous service premises, shops, restaurants and cafes.
The investment is not yet subject to the obligation to publish detailed prices, in accordance with the transitional provisions of the Act of 21 May 2025 amending the Act on the Protection of the Rights of Buyers of Residential Units or Single-Family Houses and the Developer Guarantee Fund, as it was introduced for sale before 11 July 2025.
