As part of the ATAL Olimpijska investment, three apartment buildings with separate retail and commercial and service space will be built. The outer towers will have 18 above-ground storeys each, while the highest one located in the middle will have 36 storeys – thus becoming the tallest apartment building in the entire Silesian agglomeration.
In total, ATAL Olimpijska offers 710 luxury apartments designed with diverse needs in mind. There will be both cosy studios and spacious four-room apartments with an area of up to 311 sq m, as well as multi-unit apartments consisting of two apartments with shared communication.
The aesthetics of these buildings will perfectly fit into the urban context of the city and the architectural landscape of the nearby Culture Zone (Strefa Kultury).
The apartments will have loggias that will allow to admire the city from a unique perspective. On the other hand, panoramic glazing will allow each resident to enjoy a perfectly lit space.
Service premises have been designed on the ground floor of the skyscrapers. The strategic location of the estate will provide the highest possible comfort in all of Katowice. The proximity to places such as the Polish National Radio Symphony Orchestra (NOSPR), Spodek or the International Congress Centre (Międzynarodowe Centrum Kongresowe) will allow residents to take advantage of a wide entertainment and culture offer at any time and be always in the centre of events.
Particularly noteworthy is the communication of the ATAL Olimpijska complex with both local and national roads – access to the A4 and A1 highways will take only 15 minutes, and every district will be easily accessible due to the proximity to the main urban arterial roads. People who prefer a sustainable lifestyle will be able to give up the car in favour of a bicycle, and use the rich network of bicycle paths located nearby, allowing to quickly and safely move around the city, and then leave the bike safely in the bicycle room of the estate.
