About the investment

ATAL Francuska Park is a multi-stage investment, which was built at the intersection of Francuska Street and the Airport in Katowice. This is a perfect place for people who enjoy the charms of life in the city, but who at the same appreciate the proximity to nature.

In the first part, i.e. in five stages, this modern residential complex comprised a total of 12 buildings with 880 apartments and 15 commercial and service premises that make it easier for residents to go about their daily business close to home. The buildings have cascade layouts of four to eight floors. In all buildings on -1 level there are garages with separate parking spaces and storage rooms.

The 4th stage building, located on the side of the Airport Street (ul. Lotnisko), houses 53 apartments with areas ranging from 41 to 100 sq m. Each of the apartments has a balcony, and the residents of the fifth floors can enjoy spacious terraces overlooking the Beskid Mountains. Residents had the opportunity to purchase one of 27 storage rooms, 39 above-ground parking spaces and 16 garages. There are 6 service premises in the building.
