About the investment

The prestigious ATAL Baltica Towers investment was built 800 meters from the sandy beach. Two modern buildings were erected above the surrounding landscape and gave this part of the city a completely new character. The investment was built in Brzeźno, which is partially surrounded by the waters of the Gulf of Gdańsk (Zatoka Gdańska), which allows to freely enjoy all the charms of the coastal city and the rich cultural, scientific and business offer of the entire Tri-City agglomeration. 

ATAL Baltica Towers consists of two thirteen-story buildings located on a picturesque and exceptionally large area, among old trees. One of them will be intended for residential apartments, the other for investment apartments.
