About the investment

The Apartamenty Milczańska investment is a modern and intimate residential project, which was built near Lake Malta, not far from the main thoroughfares of the city, and at the same time close to attractive recreational areas. The location in a quiet part of Poznań – close to many other housing estates, but also not far from numerous service and retail outlets – makes everyday life easier for the residents.

The project was implemented in multiple stages. The first phase included a single residential building, offering 81 flats with varying layouts and sizes – from 33.19 to 108.85 sq m. Each unit is designed with care for ergonomics and comfortable arrangement, and the available space is also increased by balconies and storage units. A space for 9 service outlets is assigned on the ground floor of the building. A total of 135 parking spaces and room for bicycles, prams, and strollers were also created within the proposed development.
