Basic Package

The basic option in the ATAL Design Finishing Programme offers a rich choice of tapware, designs and finishing materials, including:

laminate floor planks with an AC4 or higher wear resistance class;
wide choice of porcelain floor tiles installed in the hall, kitchen and bathroom;
finish plaster and white wall coating;
choice of any door models in a wide range of colours;
6 bathroom tile collections sized 30 x 60 cm;
a wide choice of sanitary ware and tapware for the bathroom.

Optimum Package

In the extended Optimum package, you may choose from a broader range of materials, colours and designs:

laminate floor planks with an AC5 or higher wear resistance class;
more porcelain floor tile collections;
finish plaster and wall coating to 1 colour and/or white;
choice of any door models in a wide range of colours;
modern bathroom tile collections sized 30 x 90 and 60 x 60 cm;
extended sanitary ware and tapware offer for the bathroom.

Premium Package

The PREMIUM package was developed for the most demanding customers. It offers the broadest range of premium quality materials and many extra alternatives not available in other options, including:

a wide range of floors, including 3-layer planks, herringbone parquet and vinyl floor planks;
more porcelain floor tile collections installed in the hall, kitchen and bathroom;
finish plaster and wall coating to 3 colours and/or white;
modern bathroom tile collections sized 60×60 cm and 60×120 cm;
many models of lacquered doors or the ones covered with a matt film, in different colours, with non-rebated door frames;
the widest choice of sanitary ware and tapware for the bathroom.

Regardless of the version of the INVEST Package you choose, the finishing includes:

Hall and kitchen/kitchenette: floor panels or stoneware tiles, mop board, installation of doors and door handles, painting in white color.
Bathroom/toilet: toilet bowl with mounting frame, wall tiles up to 120 cm above the floor, wall painted with water repellent paint above 120 cm, mirror, bathtub or shower, cabinet with a sink, fittings.
Living room/bedroom: panels, mop board, installation of doors and door handles, painting in white color.
