Alternatively, for projects scheduled for completion in 2026, there is an intermediate instalment (40%).
This is a much better solution than the standard payment schedule, where instalments are tied to the progress of construction. With ATAL, you don’t have to take out a mortgage immediately or lose money on bank interest while waiting for your dream home. Moreover, it’s quite possible that mortgage conditions will improve in the meantime, allowing you to secure a better deal.
