The three-stage Osiedle Warszawa project was built in a comfortable location near Jerozolimskie Avenue (al. Jerozolimskie) and the Park ze Stawami Cietrzewia green area. The buildings with simple shapes and subdued façade colours created a consistent development quarter. The space between the buildings is filled with lawns, walkways and aesthetically pleasing plant compositions.
The first phase included two residential buildings with minimalist architecture and 119 flats. The buildings also include numerous storage units and a spacious commercial unit on the ground floor, where a fitness club with a gym for the residents is operating. A total of 136 parking spaces are created for the car owners.
The Osiedle Warszawa estate is located on Przerwana Street (ul. Przerwana), near Jerozolimskie Avenue (al. Jerozolimskie) – one of the city’s main thoroughfares. This allows convenient access to the centre and outside of Warsaw. There are numerous public transportation stops within a ten-minute walk. Warszawa Zachodnia train station, as well as Chopin Airport, are just over a quarter of an hour away by car. There are many interesting recreational places, sports facilities, stores and service establishments nearby.
The residents with an active lifestyle appreciate the neighbouring fitness clubs, as well as the Ursus Sports and Recreation Centre, which is 6 kilometres away and offers tennis courts and a swimming pool. There are also green and walking areas near the estate: the picturesque Park ze Stawami Cietrzewia green area, Veterans’ Park, Park Staw Koziorożca green area, and Szczęśliwicki Park, located a little further away. Jerozolimskie Avenue (al. Jerozolimskie) and its close vicinity is a developing neighbourhood with an extensive pedestrian, road and bicycle infrastructure. It is a place close to both the centre of Warsaw and its outskirts, with an extremely wide cultural, sports and recreational offer of the capital city.
