Nowa Grochowska is a large-scale residential project located near Grochowska (ul. Grochowska) and Ostrobramska Streets (ul. Ostrobramska), in the Praga-South (Praga-Południe) district. The location of the Nowa Grochowska project is a response to the needs of the residents of this part of Warsaw, who wanted to live near the centre, in a place that is well connected with other districts, and at the same time friendly to families with children or the elderly.
Phase I included a nine-storey residential building with 155 flats of varying layouts and sizes from 37 to 130 sqm. Only five kilometres separate the Nowa Grochowska investment from the Warszawa Wschodnia train station and the Stadion Narodowy underground station, and the Chopin Airport is 12 kilometres from the investment area. The national road number 2 is also nearby, which makes it easy to bypass the city centre and go to the A2 motorway in the direction of Poznań. Such a convenient location helps the residents of the estate every day and is also the reason why the prestige of the entire investment has increased.
Praga-South (Praga-Południe) is a unique district of Warsaw. On the one hand, it is a part of the city located close to the centre, and on the other hand, it is a space with no shortage of greenery and recreational areas. Nearby is the expansive Park im. Płk. Jana Szypowskiego „Leśnika”, with: two children’s playgrounds, a dog run, a TKKF sports centre and a game park with comfortable sports fields.
