The Przystań Letnica investment was built in a rapidly developing part of Gdańsk, between Liberation Street (ul. Wyzwolenia) and the Green Road (Droga Zielona) in the area included in the local revitalization plan. This location combines the convenience of quick access to the city center with the proximity of numerous recreational areas. Within a short distance there is both the J. J. Haffner Brzeźnieński Park, , as well as the Energa Stadium, which is a place of many cultural, entertainment and spectacular events. 

The place where Przystań Letnica is being built is distinguished by an extensive road infrastructure, thanks to which driving to the Downtown (Śródmieście), the vicinity of the Gdańsk University of Technology, the University of Gdańsk and the business center in Oliwa takes less than a quarter of an hour. By choosing public transport, you can comfortably travel to Wrzeszcz in the vicinity of the Baltic Opera (Opera Bałtycka), Multikino and Baltic Gallery (Galeria Bałtycka), the bus station and the main station. A quick ride to the S7 route towards Warsaw is possible by Green Road (Droga Zielona) or the Tunnel under Martwa Wisła.
