ATAL Bosmańska in Gdynia is located in an attractive area, around the developed urban infrastructure: shopping points, service points and educational institutions. 

As part of the investment, 6 buildings were built, in which 96 one- and two-level apartments were designed, with areas ranging from 36 to 100 sqm and with layouts from 2 to 5 rooms. The investment was built at Bosmańska Street (ul. Bosmańska). in picturesque and quiet Oksywie. It is adjacent to the districts of Obłuże and Babie Doły. It takes only 15 minutes by car to get to the city center of Gdynia – the cultural, entertainment and recreational center of the city. At a distance of 4 kilometers from the investment, the Kwiatkowski Flyover is located, allowing for easy access to the Tri-City Bypass.
