Nowe Polesie Apartamenty is an investment consisting of four stages in which a total of 853 apartments of various layouts and areas were built. It was located in the western district of the city, which is conveniently connected to the center of Łódź.
In the first stage of the investment, 10 buildings with 345 apartments were built. It is a modern and architecturally interesting offer for customers who want to live in a friendly place. The architecture of the buildings reflects the diversity of the apartments. Boldly exposed balconies, terraces and overhanging winter gardens create interesting visual effects and increase the utility value of apartments. The whole is complemented by refined details and noble and durable materials.
The investment is not yet subject to the obligation to publish detailed prices, in accordance with the transitional provisions of the Act of 21 May 2025 amending the Act on the Protection of the Rights of Buyers of Residential Units or Single-Family Houses and the Developer Guarantee Fund, as it was introduced for sale before 11 July 2025.
