The five-stage Bagry Park project is situated at Bagrowa and Lipska Streets in Podgórze District in Kraków. The entire offer includes close to 700 flats in 31 buildings. Low-rise buildings are well integrated with the picturesque vicinity of Bagry lake.
The fifth stage of Bagry Park was built at Lipska Street, adjacent to Bagry Park IV. The building houses 62 flats with areas ranging from 40 to 62 sqm. The vehicle owners can use 28 parking spaces in the below-grade car park and 50 above-grade ones. For residents’ convenience, the building offers private storage areas and utility rooms.
To offer modern touch to the project, the designers used fashionable grey hues and wooden components on the façades to integrate them with adjacent buildings. The buildings seem lighter thanks to glazed balcony balustrades.
Extensive land development offers multiple attractions to residents. They include garden gazebos, three playgrounds and a volleyball court. The entire estate perimeter is fenced and adapted to the needs of seniors and people with disabilities.
Apart from the immediate vicinity of Bagry Lake with a life-guarded swimming area and a beach, there is also nearby Przystań Brzegi. The vast recreation grounds encourage active recreation and ensure unlimited opportunities of entertainment and leisure.
Residents of Bagry Park project can reach the city centre of Kraków and the other districts fast using public transport. The estate is a bit more than 1 km away from the tram and bus turning circle Mały Płaszów and less than 3 km from Kraków Prokocim train station. Vehicle owners may go towards other Polish towns and cities thanks to the short distance between Bagry Park and Kraków bypass and A4 motorway.
