Strefa Cegielnia is a multi-stage project to be built in Zesławice, a north-eastern district of Kraków, at Morcinka Street. In the past, it was the site of a brick-making plant supplying neighbouring estates.

The first stage includes two buildings. Level -1 will get a below-grade car park with parking spaces and private storage areas. Apartments located on the upper floors include functional loggias or balconies while the ones on the ground floor will have green gardens. The diverse offering made it possible to find the perfect place for the whole family thanks to apartments with layouts ranging from 2 to 4 bedrooms and sizes ranging 38 to 62 sqm. 

Thanks to its timeless architectural design, the Strefa Cegielnia project will be easily incorporated in the neighbourhood. The building will have a distinctive façade with its nature emphasized by using brick as a dominant finishing material. Attention will be drawn by openwork canopies of balconies appurtenant to the highest-floor flats.

The vicinity offers many sites perfect for outdoor recreation. Nearby, there is a small pocket park and within a 10-minute walk you can find charming Zesławice Lake. The fans of history will surely be interested in the 19th-century military fort just a short distance from Strefa Cegielnia.
