ATAL Marina Apartamenty IV will consist of four buildings. Three of them with a cascade layout will be similar to the previous stages, the last of the buildings will be one-floor. Architects have designed 132 apartments with comfortable layouts of 1 to 4 rooms. The areas from 33.55 to 112.49 sq. m. will allow any arrangement of the space. Each of the flats will have a balcony, terrace or garden. Such a broad offer will meet the expectations of even the most demanding customers. For the convenience of future residents, in Stage IV, 147 parking spaces are planned in the garage at level -1 for cars and 20 for motorcycles, as well as and 20 above-ground, generally available places. In this part of the estate, another 6 service premises have been designed with areas ranging from 36.43 up to 180.38 sq. m.
Stage IV of ATAL Marina Apartamenty will be architecturally consistent with the previous stages of the estate.
