Description of the investment

Nowe Miasto Jagodno residential area, which is being constructed in Krzyki district in Wrocław, will be distinguished by intimate and elegant buildings. Impressive greenery and attractive architectural solutions will make the investment by ATAL S.A. a perfect place for both active people and those looking for a moment of relaxation at home.

The buildings in Nowe Miasto Jagodno will be designed in the most fashionable shades: white, graphite and beige. The roofs of some buildings will feature grey panels, emphasising the modern project design. Architectural curiosity used in the investment are refined, openwork balconies, which will be supplemented with elements of living greenery, called hanging gardens. At the front, the architects planned a white façade with dominating graphite components and glass balustrades. The will follow the current trends of residential construction.

Nowe Miasto Jagodno is a modern building compound where the comfort of the current and future residents is a priority. Consequently, the estate will feature a spacious underground garage, silent-running elevators and private storage rooms. The architects also took care of allocating space for above ground parking spaces. The disabled people will have facilities at their disposal, which will make their everyday life easier.

Intimate, safe and surrounded by greenery – this is what Nowe Miasto Jagodno will be like. The investment area will be filled with trees, shrubs blooming all year round and perennial plants to be admired when strolling down wide, paved paths. The greenery surrounding the compound will be emphasized with an intuitive and energy-saving lighting system. 24/7 surveillance will ensure safe return home.

The architects responsible for the first project stage planned 187 residential units in three six-floor buildings. The residents could choose from 2- to 4-room units. Two-floor suites received mezzanines where a bedroom or a comfortable study can be arranged. The residential units on the topmost floors have impressive terraces, while the ones on the ground-floor received spacious gardens.

The second project stage comprises two six-floor buildings housing 111 residential units with areas from 32.07 sq. m to 104.60 sq. m. On the -1 floor, there are parking spaces and useful private storage areas for residents. The investment also include aboveground car park as well. The ground-floor section of the project provides three retail units. The youngest residents will surely enjoy a modern and safe playground.

The subsequent stage will cover five buildings with 295 residential units with the areas ranging from 33 sq. m to 102 sq. m. The offer will include apartments from 1 to 4 rooms, and future residents will gain additional space thanks to the storage rooms. The buildings will have a spacious underground car park as well. In the project perimeter, there is also an aboveground car park designed with dedicated parking spaces for motorcycles. Electric vehicle users will be able to buy eco-spaces where they can charge their vehicles easily.

The fourth project stage will comprise four buildings, including two four-floor and two five-floor ones, with 227 residential units altogether, covering diverse areas. The mezzanines will spice up the apartments on the top floors, while the ground-floor ones will get gardens. The residential units on higher floors will come with balconies. The architecture of this stage will make a coherent whole with other buildings in the housing estate. Every building has space for private storage areas and the underground garage. To ensure comfort of future residents, the project will comprise an aboveground car park, a playground for children, multiple bicycle stands and bicycle storage rooms.

The fifth stage will comprise four six-floor buildings with 199 residential units. Future residents will be able to choose from 2- to 4-room flats with the area from 37 to 110 sq. m. The vehicles will be parked both in the underground car park and in the aboveground spaces in front of the buildings. A playground will be designed for the youngest residents and the fans of two-wheeled vehicles will be able to park their bikes in dedicated stands.

The project by ATAL S.A. will be located at the junction of Asfaltowa and Buforowa streets in Krzyki district in Wrocław. Krzyki is the most dynamically developing district in Wrocław and has excellent traffic connections with the city centre. There are plans to expand the nearby Buforowa street with a second lane. There are also plans to carry out major overhaul of several kilometres of pavements and bicycle paths.
