In the heart of Wrocław, at Sikorskiego Street, a prestigious ATAL Towers development project has been implemented. The residential complex has been built just on the Odra River, in the vicinity of the Wrocław Market Square. Two original eighteen-storey towers, on the top floor with mezzanine, are connected by the common ground store part which includes 12 commercial and service premises. From the skyscrapers' windows, there is a view of the river and Wrocław's Market Square and you can admire the panorama of Wrocław from the last floors.
ATAL Towers II A, the first of the towers ATAL Towers II, houses 138 apartments located on 18 floors. For the convenience of the residents, a wide range of space meters was available: from 33.70 to 114.60 sq. m. One could choose from among apartments with 1- to four-room layouts. All the flats have a balcony and the selected ones – those from the Odra side – also spacious loggias. To facilitate daily errands, four service premises are located on the ground floor of the building.
ATAL Towers II B – 154 apartments with 1- to 4-room layouts have been built in the second tower. The offer includes both studio flats with a total area of 32.87 sq. m and large apartments with a total area of 129.06 sq. m. 73 storage rooms were also designed and there is space for 119 cars in the underground garage.
ATAL Towers is located in a prestigious location, in close proximity to the Wrocław Market Square which offers many opportunities to spend free time.
