In the heart of Wrocław, at Sikorskiego Street, a prestigious ATAL Towers development project is being implemented. Impressive buildings will rise above the city and give the area a new glow. The residential complex will be built just on the Odra River, in the vicinity of the Wrocław Market Square. It will be an ideal place for people who value convenience, as well as comfort resulting from living in a central location.
The ATAL Towers complex will consist of two modern buildings which will become an inherent part of the cityscape of Wrocław's centre. The longer side of the lower one, on the letter L plan, is parallel to the Odra River. The second building will consist of two monumental towers, connected by a single-storey part and an additional seven-storey residential part facing Sikorskiego Street. ATAL Towers buildings, thanks to the applied finishing elements, will blend in the surrounding Old Town architecture. Windows and doors arranged in a repeatable manner are a reference to the houses from the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. The graphite façade will be complemented by glass balustrades, bright plasters and aluminium blinds, which will give the buildings a modern look. The ATAL Towers will include a total of 451 apartments, and commercial and service premises will be located on the ground floor. The buildings will be equipped with lifts and adapted to the needs of people with disabilities.
The building of the first stage of ATAL Towers has six floors from the Odra side and seven floors from Sikorskiego Street. It offers 159 apartments with various sizes ranging from 28.13 to 112.57 sq. m. and layouts from 1 to 4 rooms. All apartments are equipped with spacious balconies and selected apartments have private gardens. In the ground-floor part of the building, there are 20 service premises. The building has a garage for 181 cars and 86 functional storage rooms.
ATAL Towers is located in a prestigious location - in close proximity to the Wrocław Market Square which offers many opportunities to spend free time. Numerous pubs, clubs and restaurants are open late into the night and some even overnight. The immediate vicinity of the Odra River is a great place for walking, as well as for morning jogging. The extensive public transport infrastructure will ensure quick access to various parts of the city by numerous trams and buses. The location just by the Sikorski Bridge allows easy access to the other side of the Odra. Nearby, there is the Wrocław Mikołajów railway station, from where trains depart to Gdynia, Kraków or Warsaw.
