Description of the investment


The latest housing offer of ATAL S.A. will be located at Cesarzowicka Street, in Wrocław's Fabryczna – one of the most popular and dynamically developing districts of the capital of Lower Silesia. The intimate housing estate ATAL Oporów will consist of single-family two-apartment houses and multi-family houses.

The Wrocław market or the University of Economics can be reached from there in just a few dozen minutes. It will not take more than 10 minutes to get by car to the A4 motorway and the beltway (AOW). The area around the estate is famous for the availability of shops, pharmacies, restaurants and, what is important for families with children, a diverse educational offer – in the vicinity, there are numerous kindergartens and primary school.
