Description of the investment

Zakątek Harmonia is a charming project in Białołęka, a dynamically developing district of Warsaw. It was designed for those who appreciate calm and quiet and close contacts with nature, with no need to resign from the facilities offered by the city.

It consists of two multifamily residential buildings with three aboveground storeys and one underground storey housing a multi-space garage. The residents will be able to use 68 parking spaces, including 7 ECO-spaces. To ensure residents’ comfort, both buildings have lifts. Several kilometres away, there are both nursery schools and primary schools. Within a short drive, there are also facilities offering different attractions to children and adolescents, including a popular cinema, an water park and the Białołęka Community Centre.

There are atmospheric local restaurants and various vegetated areas within short walking distance from the Zakątek Harmonia. Nearby, there is the Żerański Canal with a picturesque bicycle pathway that stretches over more than 9 kilometres and is a perfect location for active Sunday afternoons. A short drive will take you near the Zegrze Lake or the wildlife reserve called Łęgi Czarnej Strugi.

There are bus stops near the residential buildings. They will ensure easy traffic connection with the other districts of Warsaw.
