In the vicinity of Jerozolimskie Avenue and Park ze Stawami Cietrzewia, in a comfortable location, a new housing development – Osiedle Warszawa – was built. Buildings with simple shapes and subdued colours of the façade create a coherent quarter of buildings. The space between them was filled with lawns, pavements and aesthetic plant compositions. Osiedle Warszawa is a friendly place for singles, elderly people and families with children.
Works on the construction of the estate have been divided into three stages. The first one included two residential buildings with minimalist architecture. 119 apartments with different floor areas and layouts have been designed within them. In each building there are two-, three- and four-room flats as well as one studio apartment. There are also numerous storage units and spacious service premises on the ground floor, where a fitness club with a gym for the residents was arranged. 136 parking spaces are provided for car owners.
As part of the second stage, one building was built in which 86 apartments had been designed. Thanks to a wide range of floor areas – from 37.42 to as much as 106.51 sq. m – the residents are able to choose a flat that perfectly suits their individual needs. The offer includes two-, three- and four-room apartments. 103 parking spaces in the underground garage, including parking spaces with a bicycle box, are waiting for car owners. The building also includes four service premises with dedicated ground parking spaces for customers.
The third stage of the Osiedle Warszawa included two buildings housing a total of 128 flats with 1-4-room layouts. A wide range of sizes – from 39 sq. m to 110 sq. m – makes it much easier for residents to choose the most suitable flat for their needs. For the sake of their comfort, storage rooms and 128 parking spaces have also been constructed, including single and family spaces with associated bicycle boxes. The third stage also includes two service premises.
The Osiedle Warszawa estate was erected at Przerwana Street, near Jerozolimskie Avenue – one of the main arteries of the city, which enables residents easy transportation to the city centre and outside of Warsaw. Within a ten-minute walk, there are numerous public transport stops. The Warszawa Zachodnia Railway Station as well as the Warsaw Chopin Airport are within a distance that can be covered by car in just over a quarter of an hour. Nearby, there are many interesting recreational places, sports facilities, shops and service outlets. Inhabitants preferring an active lifestyle will appreciate the neighbouring fitness clubs, as well as the Ursus Sports and Recreation Centre, located 6 kilometres away, with tennis courts and a swimming pool. In the vicinity of the estate there are also green and walking areas: a picturesque Park ze Stawami Cietrzewia, Park Kombatantów, Park Staw Koziorożca and Park Szczęśliwicki situated a little further away. Jerozolimskie Avenue and its close vicinity is a developing area with an extensive pedestrian, road and bicycle infrastructure. It is a place where you can comfortably live, within the reach of both the centre of Warsaw, as well as its outskirts, and the extremely rich cultural, sports and recreational offer of the capital.
