Description of the investment

A modern and elegant housing estate Nowy Targówek is being built at Świętego Wincentego Street. The estate will be located north-east of the centre of Warsaw in Targówek district. People seeking a housing estate well connected with the city centre, with access to green areas, will be certainly fond of this place. A great convenience for everyday communication will be the second metro line that is being built here.

The complex will consist of seven stages. In the first stage, a single building with 118 apartments and commercial premises was built. Nowy Targówek II is another building, where 130 spacious flats with areas ranging from 37.91 to 108.1 sq. m. in layouts of 2 to 4 rooms have been designed. There will be 157 parking spaces available in the underground garage.<br /><br />

The next stage of the development project is Nowy Targówek Lokale Inwestycyjne. In two buildings, there will be 157 business premises with areas ranging from 22.20 sq. m. up to 39.73 sq. m. The facilities will also include service premises, numerous parking spaces in the underground garage and comfortable bicycle racks. It will also be possible to purchase storage rooms.

The newly-erected fourth stage will comprise three six-story buildings. In this part of the housing estate, there will be 101 flats with layouts of 2 to 4 rooms. The diversified offer of the space – from 38.69 sq. m. to 90.56 sq. m.

– will make it possible for every buyer to find an apartment perfectly adapted to their needs.

 In Stage IV, 30 storage rooms and one service establishment were designed for the convenience of residents. In the underground garage, there will be 138 parking spaces, including 25 family ones. There will also be places for people with disabilities and generally accessible places.

The estate is being built in a quiet and peaceful district of Targówek. The location of the development project combines the proximity of green areas with extensive infrastructure. In the neighbourhood of Nowy Targówek, there is a variety of shops, as well as shopping centres, bakeries, pharmacies, fitness clubs and a multiplex cinema.  This is a convenient location for families with children, as there are kindergartens, primary schools and middle schools in the area.

Comfortable and fast communication with the other parts of the city is provided by numerous buses, trams and soon also the metro. Two minutes walk from the future housing estate, there is the Bródnowski Cemetery bus stop.  However, the second metro line that is being built here will be the greatest facilitation of everyday communication with the city centre. It will take only 10 minutes to get to Nowy Świat by metro.
