Nowa Grochowska is a large-scale residential development project which will be located near Grochowska and Ostrobramska Streets, in the Praga-Południe district. This is a new quality on the map of Warsaw and an elegant showcase of this part of the city.

On the top floor of the building, there will be five flats with private terraces from which the view of the panorama of Warsaw will stretch. There will be 126 parking spaces in the underground garage. In addition, bicycle compartments and tenant storage units have been designed.
The location of the project will guarantee future residents convenient and fast access to the centre of Warsaw. At Grochowska Street, there is a tram terminus and at Ostrobramska Street, there is a bus depot. The Nowa Grochowska estate is only five kilometres away from the Warszawa Wschodnia Railway Station and the National Stadium underground station and the Chopin Airport is 12 kilometres from the project site. Nearby, there is also national road number 2 which makes it easy to bypass the centre and exit on the A2 highway towards Poznań. Such a convenient location will be a daily facilitation for the residents of the estate and a factor that will increase the prestige of the entire investment.
Praga-Południe is a unique district of Warsaw.
