ATAL Marina Apartmenty II consists of three modern buildings with five, six and seven floors respectively. The development project includes 219 flats with floor areas ranging from 34.36 to 124.8 sq. m. and layouts of 2 to 4 rooms. Each of the flats has a balcony, terrace or garden. Such a broad offer met the expectations of even the most demanding customers. At the underground level and on the ground floor, garages were built for 319 cars and 43 motorcycles. For the convenience of residents, the project included 25 commercial and service premises. This has made it much easier to handle everyday tasks.
ATAL Marina Apartamenty II is characterized by a unique style. The grey walls of the façade were supplemented with wooden elements and balustrades in dark grey shade. The space in the estate was arranged into green courtyards, where a playground was constructed. The estate is fully adapted to the needs of people with disabilities.
ATAL Marina Apartamenty II was built in a fast growing and well communicated part of the city close to Białołęka. The Auchan, Kaufland and Lidl shops situated within a walking distance, as well as the Galeria Północna Shopping Mall, located nearby and planned to be opened soon, allow comprehensive shopping. Educational facilities located in the neighbourhood of the estate are a great convenience for families with children.
The green areas close to the estate are undoubtedly of interest to walkers and jogging enthusiasts. Cycling enthusiasts, on the other hand, use numerous bicycle paths - 259 places for parking bikes were arranged especially for them in the estate. An undoubted advantage of the estate is the proximity of the Żerań Canal. It leads directly to the Zegrze Reservoir, where there are numerous ports, marinas and bathing areas. ATAL Marina Apartamenty II is very well communicated with other parts of the capital. Buses departing from the bus stop at Modlińska Street will bring residents to Śródmieście and other districts of Warsaw. You can quickly get by car to the North Bridge, leading to the other side of the Vistula.
