Description of the investment


Bursztynowa Zatoka is an investment carried out in the currently fastest-growing part of Gdańsk. The Letnica district has been undergoing intensive, dynamic development for several years, and the housing and infrastructure investments being implemented contribute to the continuous increase in the value of this location. The location of the residential area at the junction of historic, revitalized buildings and newly built residential areas makes it a kind of new center of Letnica.

Bursztynowa Zatoka investment involves the construction of the total of 6 buildings, which will be built in 2 stages. In the first stage, 2 buildings will be built, for which 148 apartments, 4 service premises, a garage hall and supplementary infrastructure have been designed. Future buyers will be able to choose from 2- to 4-room apartments with sizes ranging from 30 to 87 sq m.

By using specially selected plant species, interesting, varied plant compositions will be created, thus diversifying the surroundings, simultaneously ensuring a sustainable drainage system of the residential area. 

The location of the investment at a distance of 750 m from Maciej Płażyński Avenue guarantees convenient communication towards the Main Town or Sopot. It will take less than 5 minutes to get to the Tunnel under Dead Vistula, which allows to exit towards the S7 route or A1 highway easily.

After a 10-minute walk you can reach bus stops and a tram stop, ensuring access to the center, as well as towards the southern districts of the city.

There are kindergartens, primary schools and the Maritime School Complex in the area. Daily shopping will be available in nearby supermarkets or smaller local shops.

The residential area will be built within walking distance of the Gdańsk Stadium – the venue for many sports, entertainment and cultural events. There is also a FUN ARENA in the stadium, the largest amusement park in the Tri-City.

The proximity of the Bay of Gdańsk, the beach and green areas provide many opportunities for active leisure. The bicycle path that runs along the seaside takes you all the way to Gdynia.
