Description of the investment

A new housing estate, ATAL Malta, has been built in the vicinity of the picturesque Lake Malta. Modern buildings are located at Wołkowyska street, from where a beautiful view stretches over the lake and the adjacent walking and recreational areas. The development project is undoubtedly one of the most interesting housing estates in this part of Poznań.

The most interesting attractions in the vicinity are the Mound of Freedom, Malta Thermal Springs, Maltanka Park Railway, Malta Yacht Club and the Garden of Time. In the winter season, there is an artificial ice rink nearby and you can practice skiing all year round on the Malta Ski slope. The project is perfectly communicated with the remaining districts of the city – numerous bus and tram lines run nearby the estate. The neighbouring Baraniaka Street enables motorized residents to quickly get to the city centre and outside the city.
