A new housing estate, ATAL Malta, has been built in the vicinity of the picturesque Lake Malta. Modern buildings are located at Wołkowyska street, from where a beautiful view stretches over the lake and the adjacent walking and recreational areas. The development project is undoubtedly one of the most interesting housing estates in this part of Poznań.
One six-storey building with a refined and functional design was constructed as part of the building development. It offers a total of 130 spacious apartments of varying sizes, from 36.08 to 111.01 sq. m and layouts from 2 to 4 rooms. All premises are designed with care for ergonomics and comfortable daily use. Within the building, there are numerous storage rooms, one commercial space, 42 parking spaces outside the building and 94 parking spaces at the -1 level.
One-storeyed apartments have been allocated gardens, while those on the upper floors have spacious terraces. The building complex is constructed of modern materials and finished in the minimalist style. The building is surrounded by wide pavements, lawns, benches and impressive plant compositions. The project is adapted to the needs of people with disabilities – low thresholds, wide footpaths and a low-noise lift ensure comfort for all residents.
The location of the project combines convenient access to the developed urban infrastructure with the proximity of green areas. In the vicinity of the estate, there is Lake Malta, where numerous recreational facilities operate – small shops, restaurants, cafés, as well as hotels and office buildings. There are also schools, kindergartens and universities as well as medical facilities nearby.
The most interesting attractions in the vicinity are the Mound of Freedom, Malta Thermal Springs, Maltanka Park Railway, Malta Yacht Club and the Garden of Time. In the winter season, there is an artificial ice rink nearby and you can practice skiing all year round on the Malta Ski slope. The project is perfectly communicated with the remaining districts of the city – numerous bus and tram lines run nearby the estate. The neighbouring Baraniaka Street enables motorized residents to quickly get to the city centre and outside the city.
