The next stage of the investment project, which was built in the immediate vicinity of stage I, from the side of Telefoniczna Street, included 5 architecturally coherent buildings. This part of the estate accommodates 313 flats with varied layouts, from well laid-out studios to spacious 4-room apartments. Residents can choose from premises ranging from 29.24 to as many as 154.1 sq. m. As many as 351 above-ground parking spaces and an underground garage were constructed for motorized tenants. The area of the estate was decorated with aesthetic flowerbeds and lawns; it also features a playground for children. The housing estate is fenced and adapted to the needs of people with disabilities.
Pomorska Park III
The third stage of the Pomorska Park included 4 buildings offering a total of 222 flats with 1-4-room layouts. A wide range of sizes – from 27.51 to 103.81 sq.m – makes it much easier for buyers to choose a place suitable for their individual needs. In addition, 229 storage units, 164 parking spaces in the underground garage and 83 above-ground parking spaces were planned for the comfort of residents.
