Nowe Polesie Apartamenty is an investment consisting of four stages in which a total of 853 apartments of various layouts and areas were built. It was located in the western district of the city, which is conveniently connected to the center of Łódź.
In the first stage of the investment, 10 buildings with 345 apartments were built. It is a modern and architecturally interesting offer for customers who want to live in a friendly place. The architecture of the buildings reflects the diversity of the apartments.
