Description of the investment

Modern and interestingly fitting in with the surrounding greenery – this is what Nowe Miasto Polesie will be like, another ATAL residential area in Łódź.

Nowe Miasto Polesie is an interesting offer for people who want to live in a quiet place surrounded by greenery. The project is distinguished from other housing estates in Łódź with its interesting architecture, close leisure areas and good traffic connection with other districts. Thanks to diverse sizes and layouts of the offered residential units, everyone will find something for themselves.

The first stage is designed to have 142 residential units with the sizes ranging from 30 to 105.63 sq. m which will enable to create a design that matches individual needs. In the housing estate, the residents will have 75 spaces in the underground car park and 79 aboveground spaces as well as private storage areas. The buildings will have many facilities, ranging from lifts to solutions designed for the disabled.

The subsequent project stage will cover 152 ergonomic residential units covering an area ranging from 33.76 to 109.73 sq. m and layouts from 1 to 5 rooms, with an appurtenant balcony, terrace or a private garden. Motor vehicle users will be able to use 130 underground parking spaces. The aboveground car park will house another 50 vehicles, with 2 spaces designed for the disabled. 138 private storage areas will offer extra storage space. The fenced playground is bound to be enjoyed by families with little children. The location of the four buildings in the second project stage, far from a busy street, will be great for those appreciating peace and quiet.

Nowe Miasto Polesie IIIa consists of six four-floor buildings housing 140 residential units with 2 to 4 rooms each covering an area from 32.25 to 104.55 sq. m. The residential units will have balconies and loggias, while the topmost ones will receive spacious terraces. The residents will be able to use 97 lockers and storage rooms. The underground car park will have 151 parking spaces and some other spaces will be available in the aboveground car park. Another highly convenient advantage will be 40 retail units on ground floor of the buildings.

Stage IIIb will comprise two four-floor buildings. Each of them will have 4 segments connected by means of a multi-space underground car park. The offer includes 204 residential units consisting of 1 to 5 rooms and covering an area ranging from 33.29 to 119.39 sq. m. Bright façades and glazed balconies will make the building lighter, ensuring a consistent style of the whole project. Its perimeter will get benches and a modern playground offering safe free-time space for children. The designer did not forget about vegetation. Stage IIIb will bring blooming shrubs and decorative grass types which will make the time outdoors nicer.

Nowe Miasto Polesie will be distinguished by its excellent location ensuring significant time saving. Multiple shops and retail units which will be created within the project perimeter and the ones nearby will make everyday errands easier. The housing estate will be close to e.g. the Retkinia Shopping Mall, the skating rink of the Municipal Sports and Leisure Centre and the Poniatowski Park. The nearby primary school and municipal nursery school will be an extra advantage. The location at Pienista Street in Łódź, near the junction with Maczka Street, will ensure easy transport to the most important places. Public transport users will be happy as well since there is a bus stop nearby which ensures a good connection with the center of Łódź.
