Description of the investment

Nowe Miasto Polesie is an interesting offer for people who want to live in a quiet place, surrounded by greenery. Location of four buildings, being a part of the second stage of the investment, away from the busy street, will satisfy people who value peace and quiet.

Nowe Miasto Polesie IIIa consists of six four-story buildings with 140 apartments with layouts from 2 to 4 rooms and sizes ranging from 32.25 to 104.55 sq m. The apartments will be supplemented with balconies and loggias, and those on the top floors with spacious terraces. There will be 97 lockers and storage rooms available to the residents. There will be 151 parking places in the underground garage, and additional parking places will be available in the ground-level car park. The 40 service premises, which will operate on the ground floors of the buildings, will be an unquestionable facility.

Nowe Miasto Polesie is distinguished by an excellent location, which allows to save much time. Numerous shops and service premises that will be built on the investment site, as well as those located in the immediate vicinity, will facilitate everyday life. The residential area will be located in the vicinity of i.a. Retkinia Shopping Center, the skating rink of the Municipal Sports and Recreation Center and the Poniatowski Park. The proximity of a primary school or the municipal kindergarten will be an additional advantage. The location at Pienista Street in Łódź, near the intersection with Maczka Street, will ensure easy access to the most important places. People who use public transport on a daily basis will also be satisfied – there is a bus stop nearby, providing good connection with the center of Łódź.
