Chojny Park V

Chojny Park is the project of ATAL S.A. located in the Chojny district. The housing estate was designed for young and active people who appreciate convenience and comfort of life. This modern residential complex is undoubtedly one of the most interesting development project in Łódź.

The Chojny Park development project was implemented in three stages. The offer of the estate included flats of different sizes and room layouts, so each buyer could find apartments that met his or her individual expectations. All apartments have at least one balcony, terrace or garden. Green areas and playgrounds have been designed within the estate. The space arranged in this way means that the youngest residents can blithely spend time outdoors.

Architecturally coherent with the previous stages of Chojny Park IV, it will comprise three six-storey buildings with 105 flats of various sizes ranging from 28.4 to 103.18 sqm. For the motorists, 70 parking spaces in underground garages and 35 parking spaces in an outdoor car park have been designated. Additionally, future residents will be able to purchase a storage unit.

In the last stage of this investment, two buildings with 96 apartments will be built. The offer will include studios and larger, 4-room apartments. 72 parking spaces in the underground car park and 24 outdoor spaces are provided for vehicle owners. 63 storage rooms will be made available to the residents. Within the estate there will be a recreational area with a playground and an outdoor gym.

Chojny Park buildings were designed taking into account the latest solutions increasing the functionality and comfort of residents.

The Chojny Park development project was implemented in a quiet and peaceful area with good access to the city centre. You can reach Piotrkowska Street in 10 minutes and the Manufaktura of Łódź in less than 20 minutes. There are tram stop (e. g. lines 5, 6, 15, 16) and bus stops (e. g. lines 52, 62, 70, 75, 75, 93, N3) in the vicinity of the estate. Nearby, the Łódź Chojny railway station is located. Quick exit from the city is possible thanks to national road 1.

A place for relaxation is Jan's Ponds, where you can go hiking and cycling. In the district, there is also a city park at Lecznicza Street, Park na Młynku and the General Jarosław Dąbrowski Park.
