Description of the investment

A modern Wielicka Garden estate is being built within the picturesque Podgórze area, in a fashionable and prestigious district of Kraków. Two aesthetic buildings erected in stage I (single-segment building number 1 and three-segment building number 2) with impressive and minimalist architecture blended perfectly into the panorama of this part of the city. The planned buildings are located in a very well-developed part of Kraków. Shops, a petrol station, service and catering outlets have been operating in the vicinity for years. There are also educational establishments nearby. Near the estate there is the Podgórski Cemetery tram stop from which trams go in the direction of the city centre, Krowodrza, Kurdwanów and Bieżanów. It takes only a few minutes by tram to reach the centre of Kraków. Wielicka Street enables easy and comfortable access to the motorway and outside the city: to Wieliczka, Zakopane and Katowice. The centre can be reached by car in just 15 minutes and an expedition for more shopping to the Bonarka Shopping Mall is a matter of six minutes.

The convenient location of the estate makes Wielicka Garden one of the most prestigious housing offers in this part of the city.
