Description of the investment


Skwer Harmonia is a modern housing estate, located approximately 30 minutes away from the Main Market Square, constituting an audacious architectural concept that meets the needs of people who value life not only in a big city, but above all in harmony with nature.

The estate is being built in the south-eastern part of Cracow, in the Podgórze District. The project includes 15 single-family terraced houses with 29 apartments, as well as one three-storey multi-family building with 121 apartments. The buildings also feature commercial and service space. The minimalist nature of the investment is emphasised by details on the façade, such as elegant and dark clinker and contrasting shades of pastel yellow and deep grey. The estate will be perfectly interconnected both with the centre of Cracow and with the nearby cities. There are public transport stops nearby. At a distance of approximately 3.5 km from the planned investment, there is a large communication junction with a tram and bus loop and the P+R Mały Płaszow parking lot, where you can leave your car to continue your journey by public transport. Reaching the Main Square by car will take about half an hour, and within 5 minutes you will be able to reach the junction connecting the eastern bypass of Cracow (S7) with the A4 highway, leading east towards Tarnow and Rzeszow, and west – to Balice, Katowice and Wroclaw.
